The ribonucleic acid aptamer can bind to human non-small cell lung cancer in vivo or in vitro with high specificity and high affinity to achieve an effect of inhibiting non-small cell lung cancer; and the ribonucleic acid aptamer can also be linked, coupled or polymerized with other non-small cell lung cancer therapeutic drugs to achieve a more excellent effect of inhibiting non-small cell lung cancer.
