"hybridoma antibody, transfectoma, eukaryotic or prokaryotic host cell, non-human animal or transgenic plant, immunoconjugate composition, bispecific molecule, kit, expression vector and methods of producing a human monoclonal antibody, inhibiting the growth of a cd20 expressing cell, "killing a cd20 expressing cell to treat or prevent a disease and detecting the presence of cd20 antigen or a cd20 expressing cell in a sample and cd20 antigen or a cd20 expressing cell in a patient". Isolated human monoclonal antibodies that bind to and inhibit human cd20 and related antibody-based compositions and molecules are disclosed. Human antibodies can be produced by a transfectome or a non-human transgenic animal, for example a transgenic mouse, capable of producing multiple isotypes of human monoclonal antibodies undergoing v-d-j recombination and isotype change. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising human antibodies, non-human transgenic animals and hybridomas producing human antibodies, and therapeutic and diagnostic methods for using human antibodies.
