The device is fitted with a flow heater (4), a gas remover (7) with two electrically conductive probes (8, 9) connected to the control electronics (10) and a control button (18) connected to the inlet valve (2) and the lower outlet valve (14). All valves (2, 12, 14) are electromagnetic. The flow heater (4) is fitted with a stainless steel pipe (17) and a heating coil. Most of the surface of the device, such as conduits (1, 5, 11, 13), probes (8, 9), gas remover (7), that come into contact with the beverage, are made of stainless steel. The heating and tapping of a beverage is carried out as follows: cold alcoholic carbonated beverage is fed to a flow heater (4) where it is heated to a set temperature. Subsequently, the heated beverage mixture with released CO2 gas is fed to a gas remover (7) in which the CO2 gas is released from the heated beverage. The beverage level in the gas remover (7) is maintained by the control electronics (10) between two set levels using fixed probes (8, 9). If the heated beverage level drops to a minimum at the end of the lower probe (9), the control electronics (10) opens the upper outlet valve (12), and excess accumulated CO2 above the surface is discharged through the upper line (11) to the upper outlet (15) until the beverage level in the gas remover (7) reaches the maximum level at to the end of the upper short probe (8). Then the control electronics (10) closes the upper outlet valve (12). When removing CO2, the upper outlet valve (12) opens and at the same time the inlet valve (2) and the lower outlet valve (14) are closed, following the instructions from the control electronics (10), which evaluates the data from both probes (8, 9). When tapping a hot drink, the inlet valve (2) and the lower outlet valve (14) are opened with a control button (18).
