The present disclosure is related to a fabric that reduces the degree of cellulitis of the skin, based on a warp of indigo blue cotton threads (2) and a weft of white polyamide threads (1); both threads (1 and 2) gummed with a cornstarch solution. White polyamide threads (1) contain bioactive minerals integrated with long-wave infrared technology, to reduce the degree of cellulitis on the skin; and a polyamide thread (1) is interwoven for every four cotton threads (2). A method for manufacturing a fabric that reduces the degree of cellulitis of the skin, in accordance with the present invention. A garment that reduces the degree of cellulitis in the skin of a user suffering from it, wherein said garment comprises a portion of the anti-cellulitis fabric of the present invention.
