The purpose of the notification is to obtain a variable degradability hydrogel,Applicable as carriers of biologically active compounds,which is based on this,that diacetal mesh factors were used for the synthesis of hydrogels,benzylidene -derived trehalose with multiple (n =1 -25) groups,ethoxyl or propyloxyl terminated (meth)acrylic groups. The notification also covers the use of hydrogels as degradable carriers of biologically active compounds,in particular protein,peptides,oligonucleotides in solutions with pH 3,5 -7,0.
