CHARACTERIZED BY THE FOLLOWING STEPS: - CONVERSION OF PRE-EXISTING DATA IN ANALOG FORMAT IN THE DIGITAL FORMAT MONITORING AREAS - DATA VECTORIZATION - DIGITAL DIGITAL FORMAT ANALYSIS - DIGITAL DIGITAL FORMAT AS A DATA STRUCTURE FOR INPUT IN AN ALGORITHM FOR DETECTION OF SOIL CHANGE IN MATERIAL FORMAT; ALTERMETRIC INFORMATION FRAMEWORK ORIGINAL OF INTERFEROMETRIC DATA FROM SYNTHETIC OPENING RADARS POSITIONED ON SPACE PLATFORMS; MEETS CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED; - REVIEW OF MATRIX MODELS TO BE COMPARED FROM INITIAL AND POST SEASONS ERIORS SHOULD PRESENT THE SAME NUMBER OF ONLINE AND COLUMN PIXELS REPRESENTING THE SAME MONITORING AREA; - Overlapping the material images of objects considered to be obstructions with the airborne letter of obstruction in vector format - Validation of new obstructions; E - TRANSMISSION OF THE NEW AIRPORT OBSTRUCTION LETTER TO THE COMPETENT ENTITIES.
