The drying line (5) or the compaction machine (8) has a first product outlet (8.1) of the soil substrate. From the pyrolyser (7) a return loop is connected to the drying line (5) via a mixer (6) with an inlet (10) of BIO-nutritional waste products, while the compaction machine (8) connected behind the drying line (5) has a third product outlet (8.2). ).
