The invention relates to a granular pharmaceutical preparation comprising a core containing an active substance, comprising duloxetine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, an optional first separating layer over the core, a second separating layer over the first separating layer, said second separating layer being different from the first separating layer and comprising an ester made of optionally substituted cellulose with one or more organic acids, and an enteric-coated layer, which is different from the first and the second separating layers and comprises a (meth)acrylic acid-containing polymer and forms the outer layer of the composition.
