The tai chi barrel main body (1) comprises a through hole (3), a right barrel body (5), a middle end (6) and a left barrel body (7), the right barrel body (5), the middle end (6) and the left barrel body (7) being sequentially and fixedly connected, and the through hole (3) passing through the tai chi barrel main body (1); sealing plugs (4) are arranged on the through hole (3), and there are more than one sealing plug (4); the length of the right barrel body (5) is equal to that of the left barrel body (7); the right barrel body (5) and the left barrel body (7) are respectively provided with a sliding sleeve, and the sliding sleeves are respectively and movably connected to the right barrel body (5) and the left barrel body (7); the middle end (6) is located between the right barrel body (5) and the left barrel body (7); and the middle end (6) is provided with three small circular bodies, and the circular ring (2) is fixed on the small circular body arranged in the middle of the middle end (6).
