FLOATING DEVICE FOR THE RESCUE OF UNCONSCIOUS PEOPLE

A flotation device for the rescue of unconscious people is disclosed. The device comprises a main flotation body that in turn comprises a front coupling area,a supporting area opposite to the front coupling area,a flotation surface that in use is in contact with water and a supporting surface opposite to the flotation surface. The front coupling area comprises an opening configured to receive the neck of an unconscious person; and the flotation device further comprises an additional flotation body provided on the flotation surface of the main flotation body. The additional flotation body is configured to, in use, provide an inclination of the neck of the unconscious person with respect to a vertical plane such that it unblocks the airway of the unconscious person.
