A delta-like ligand antagonist antibody (DLL4) for use in a method of treating cancer in a subject having a blood pressure that is systematically less than 140 mmHg systolic or 90 mmHg diastolic, the method comprising administering the antibody and monitor the subject regarding the development of hypertension.
