A wrist-hand-finger orthosis (100) comprising: a splint (110) comprising: a support splint section (120) adapted to extend over the metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joints of the fingers of a subject's hand human and at least, on most of said fingers, said support splint section (120) having a main back surface (126) adapted to face a palmar side of said hand; and a wrist and forearm splint section (130) integrated with or connected to said support splint section (120), said wrist and forearm splint section (130) extending from said support splint section (120) to a distance corresponding, at least, to a part of the forearm of said human subject; a first inflatable bladder (140) disposed on said main dorsal surface (126) of said support splint section (120), said first inflatable bladder (140) being inflated by introducing a fluid into an internal chamber of said first inflatable bladder (140); and a second inflatable bladder (150) disposed on said main dorsal surface (126) of said support ferrule section (120) in a part of the phalanx (124) of said support ferrule section (120) designed to be aligned with the phalanges of said fingers, said second inflatable bladder (150) being inflated by introducing a fluid into an internal chamber of said second inflatable bladder (150); wherein said first inflatable bladder (140) disposed in a metacarpophalangeal portion (122) of said support ferrule section (120) designed to be aligned with said metacarpophalangeal joints (MCF) of said hand; and characterized in that said support splint section (120) is in the form of a sheet (121) comprising: a rounded distal end (123); and a proximal end (125) extending substantially along a radial-ulnar axis (162) on a palm of said hand, said wrist and forearm splint section (130) extending from said proximal end (125) of said support splint section (120).
