The solution relates to the technical field of electronic information management, and in particular to a staff electronic information management system and management method. The method comprises: creating an information notification containing a staff electronic user application link; answering an electronic user application request from the link, and receiving authenticated electronic user registration information, so that an electronic user has a unique staff account number, a password, and a two-dimensional code electronic certificate; performing category setting and management on the electronic user; and sending, according to the category of the electronic user, a corresponding enterprise internal notification to the account number of the electronic user. The staff electronic information management system and management method provided in the solution comprise staff information, work notifications, salaries, attendance, etc., involved in personnel management and working, and provide, by means of a network system, these pieces of information to a member of staff to realize notification issuance and staff self-checking, thereby making it more convenient to manage the aggregation of various pieces of information about and work notifications for the staff.
