Disclosed are a part information query method and system, an electronic device and a computer storage medium. The query method comprises: receiving a part information query request, and acquiring part query information and a vehicle identification number (VIN) carried in the query request; translating the part query information into a standard part name; according to a pre-set part association relationship, screening out all part information matching the standard part name; and finding, in all of the part information, part information matching the VIN. By means of the part information query method and system provided in the present application, a smooth, convenient, quick and intelligent part query method can be realized, improving intelligence, precision and efficiency of part query.
