The invention relates to a signal processing device for high-precision measuring of the transit time of two signals, in particular a measuring device for high-precision measuring of the transit time of at least two digital signals. The aim of the invention is to provide a signal processing device and a measuring device for high-precision measuring of the transit time of two signals, said device allowing higher temporal resolution without forgoing the option of simple and inexpensive implementation. The signal processing device according to the invention comprises: a plurality of N logic gates (110, 120, 130), each of which has N signal inputs (111, 112, 115, 121, 122, 125, 131, 132, 135) and one signal output (113, 123, 133), wherein a master logic gate (30) has N signal inputs (31, 32, 34) and one signal output (33), the signal outputs (113, 123, 133) of the N logic gates (110, 120, 130) are connected to the N signal inputs (31, 32, 34) of the master logic gate (30), and each of the signal outputs (113, 123, 133) of the N logic gates (110, 120, 130) is connected to one of the signal inputs (112, 115, 122, 125, 132, 135) of another of the N logic gates (110, 120, 130).
