[Problem] To more simply measure an optical constant of an object of measurement even if it is difficult to create a uniform sample for the object of measurement. [Solution] An optical constant measurement device according to this disclosure is provided with: a light source unit for emitting irradiation light of a prescribed wavelength that is to be irradiated onto an object of measurement; a measurement probe that has a fiber bundle in which a light-transmission optical fiber for transmitting the irradiation light to the object of measurement and a plurality of light-reception optical fibers for receiving optical feedback of the irradiation light returning from the object of measurement are bundled such that there are two or more different values for the separation distance between the light-transmission optical fiber and a single light-reception optical fiber and is such that one end of the fiber bundle touches the object of measurement; a detection unit for detecting, for each of the light-reception optical fibers, the intensity of the optical feedback received by the light-reception optical fiber; and a calculation processing unit for calculating an optical constant of the object of measurement using the detected optical feedback intensity values for the various light-reception optical fibers.
