A low-rank coal integrated drying and pyrolysis quality-improving treatment processing device, which comprises: a pyrolysis device, a drying device, a circulation fan flow dividing device, a supporting and rotating device, a circumferential material guiding air locking device, a circumferential material discharging air locking device and a discharging device; the pyrolysis device is disposed within the drying device, and the circulation fan flow dividing device is disposed on the drying device, while the supporting and rotating device is disposed at a bottom portion of the drying device and opposite to the circulation fan flow dividing device; the circumferential material guiding air locking device is disposed at one end of the drying device and is in communication with the pyrolysis device, while the circumferential material discharging air locking device is diposed at one end of the pyrolysis device and opposite to the circumferential material guiding air locking device, the discharging device being disposed on the circumferential material discharging air locking device. The pyrolysis device and drying device of the low-rank coal integrated drying and pyrolysis quality-improving treatment processing device are integrated to simplify processing arrangement and reduce processing costs.
