Disclosed are flexible graphene fibers and a continuous preparation method therefor. The method comprises: twisting graphene oxide ribbons (the elongation at break is 20-50%, and the strength is 20-200 MPa) having macroscopic and microscopic folds to obtain continuous flexible graphene fibers, and further obtaining flexible graphene fibers by reduction. The graphene fibers have good mechanical strength and excellent flexibility, and also have good electrical conductivity and heat conductivity. The elongation at break of the graphene fibers is 1-100%, the strength is 30-150 Mpa, the electrical conductivity is 2×104 to 5×105 S/m, and the heat conductivity is 200-1000 W/(MK). The flexible graphene fibers can be used for preparing a graphene fabric and have good clothes applicability. The flexible graphene fibers have important applications in multiple fields such as clothing industry (electric heating clothes and the like), and lightweight conductors.
