A health service promotion effect analysis system and method based on WeChat users. The method comprises: when a WeChat user meets the requirements of a WeChat promotion account, adding the WeChat user to a promotion list so as to form a WeChat promotion account; according to the official account QR code corresponding to the WeChat user, compiling statistics on the number of followers of a health management official account brought in a pre-set time period by the WeChat user; and when the number of followers of the health management official account brought by the WeChat user exceeds the pre-set number of followers, generating an electronic red packet by means of a red packet generation mechanism of a WeChat platform, and adding same for the WeChat user. In this method, an official account QR code is dynamically updated to assess whether a WeChat user meets the requirements of a WeChat promotion account, and thereby facilitating precision marketing to improve the conversion rate of consumption, and assessing the marketing effect and rewarding a WeChat user with a good marketing effect to further increase their enthusiasm.
