This invention relates to the set of findings accumulated when producing an enhancer for conventional fossil petrol and bioethanol fuel, with an increase in power and torque, performance, combustion efficiency, displacement, zero corrosion, neutral pH, storage and transport, of a totally organic product which, in addition to the above, emits zero contaminants, due to being hyperoxidated, and gives clean combustion free from contaminating radicals in the carbon chains thereof, leading to the natural organic emissions enhancer and reducer for conventional fossil petrol and bioethanol. The present inventive process demonstrates that fossil petrol and bioethanol have enhanced parameters with respect to the traditional behaviour of current fuels enhanced with highly contaminating products, and in our process having much better oxygenation and etherisation indices, thus leading to a much more complete combustion, producing 85% less environmental contamination, increasing engine power, when mixed with petrol and bioethanol in a proportion of 1.25% up to 99%. Said increase in the caloric power of both fuels, without causing corrosion and disfiguration of the internal parts of the engine and being a completely natural, renewable and perennial process. It is a process for using and mixing natural organic components that increase the enhancement indices in fossil petrol and bioethanol, combined with a reduction of more than 85% in toxic environmental emissions resulting from combustion of said fuels.
