The base (2) comprises a main seat body (22) and a running belt (23), and a driving shaft (231) is rotatably connected to a front end of the main seat body (22). The rear end of the main seat body (22) is rotatably connected with a driven shaft (232), and the running belt (23) is sleeved on the driving shaft (231) and the driven shaft (232). One side of the driving shaft (231) is provided with a step counting component comprising a first transmission shaft (31), a second transmission shaft (32) and a step counting belt (33), and the transverse beam (13) is also fixedly provided with a step counting display (38).
