Disclosed are a warehousing system, and a control system and a control method for a warehousing system. The warehousing system comprises: a warehousing shelf body (1), a carrying device (3) for carrying a material box (2), a transport unit (4) for transferring and recycling the material box (2), and a control cabinet (5), wherein a plurality of warehousing compartments (11) for storing the material box (2) are arranged on the warehousing shelf body (1); at least one of the warehousing compartments (11) is provided with a push-pull assembly (6) for pushing and pulling the material box (2) from the corresponding warehousing compartment (11); and the carrying device (3), the transport unit (4) and the push-pull assembly (6) are all wirelessly connected to the control cabinet (5). When the warehousing system is used to store and retrieve a material, the time and human power required for storing and retrieving the material can be saved on, and the storage cost of the material can be reduced.
