Disclosed in the present invention are a marketing channel sharing platform system and an operation method, forming a mode of operation in which a product supplier and a channel provider establish direct interaction. The system comprises a service unit, and the service unit comprises product supplier modules, channel provider modules, and a database module, the database module comprising a first database of the product supplier modules and a second database of the channel provider modules; the product supplier module may carry out joined cooperation with one or more channel provider modules, and a channel provider module may carry out joined cooperation with one or more product supplier modules; and a product supplier module may distribute one or more pieces of product information. The present invention may solve the existing problem wherein a large number of channel resources are idle or are not properly utilized; the present invention may help good enterprise products to obtain a larger range of promotional applications within a short period of time and with low marketing costs.
