This musical composition analysis device: estimates, through a first process, a plurality of interim points that are candidates for specific points (for example, beat points) having a musical meaning in a musical composition from the acoustic signal of the musical composition; selects, as a plurality of selection points, some of the plurality of candidates including a plurality of division points that divide the plurality of interim points and intervals between the plurality of interim points; and estimates the plurality of specific points in the musical composition from the result obtained by calculating, through a second process different from the first process, the probability that, for each of the plurality of selection points, the selection point is a specific point.
