The invention discloses a ship (1) barging guiding protective pile and a semi-submersible barge (2) with the same. The guiding protective pile comprises a pile body (3) and guiding wheels (4) installed on the pile body (3). When a ship (1) is barged and collides with the guiding wheels (4), the rotating direction of contacting points of the guiding wheels (4) and the ship (1) is the same with the barging direction. The semi-submersible barge (2) is provided with the ship barging guiding protective pile. The barging guiding protective pile can enable the ship (1) move for barging in the barging direction, the ship (1) can not collide with a tower (21) of the semi-submersible barge (2) during refloating and barging, and damage of the ship or personal injury are avoided.
