Provided are a method for generating a two-dimensional code of a stamp and a stamp with the two-dimensional code. The method comprises: generating a hollow model of a code pattern; determining a starting position on the hollow model; and arranging, in a pre-set arrangement direction, two-dimensional code data streams in the hollow model from the starting position by taking a macro block as a unit.
