A trademark application system based on big data and artificial intelligence, comprising: an input module, used for inputting basic information of a trademark to be applied, the basic information of the trademark to be applied being a trademark name and design element series data of the trademark to be applied; a database, used for obtaining information from the database according to graphs and words extracted from the trademark to be applied, and determining whether the same previously registered trademark or an applying trademark is available in the same subcategory; a big data determining module, used for carrying out similarity determining of a commodity and a service item of the trademark and identical approximate determining of a word trademark; an artificial intelligence module, used for determining the identity or similarity of a graphic trademark; and an output module, used for outputting a final trademark application analysis report of the trademark to be applied.
