The present invention provides a graphene-based coupler with an adjustable broadband power distribution ratio, comprising a dielectric slab, a resonant ring provided on the upper surface of the dielectric slab, and a metal patch provided on the lower surface of the dielectric slab; the resonant ring comprises a U-shaped upper portion and a U-shaped bottom which have oppositely disposed openings; the U-shaped upper portion and the U-shaped bottom are connected by means of a first rectangular portion and a second rectangular portion; first graphene patches are respectively attached to the inner walls of the U-shaped upper portion and the U-shaped bottom; second graphene patches are respectively attached to the inner walls of the first and second rectangular portions; a first metal strip is respectively connected to either side of the open end of each of the U-shaped upper portion and the U-shaped bottom; a pair of second metal strips are symmetrically arranged on the upper and lower sides of each of the first metal strips; the outer ends of each pair of second metal strips are connected to a rectangular metal sheet to form a first port, a second port, a third port and a fourth port. By using the excellent electrooptic effect of graphene, the present invention can implement dynamic adjustment of the power distribution ratio of a coupler.
