Disclosed by the present invention are a graphene fiber and graphene fiber non-woven fabric having a draped structure and a preparation method therefor; a surface of the graphene fiber contains a large number of draped micro-structures and may be used to form a graphene fiber nonwoven fabric having a multi-draped structure so that the specific surface area of the non-woven fabric is significantly increased, and the graphene fiber and a communication network structure composed of the fibers simultaneously have high electrical conductivity and flexibility, and thus may be used as a flexible electrode material and may be applied in wearable energy storage devices.
