The present invention relates to the technical field of computers. Provided are an emotion recognition-based artwork recommendation method and device, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring a current biometric parameter of a user, and determining, according to the biometric parameter, a current emotion type of the user (S101); and selecting, according to the currently determined emotion type, an artwork image corresponding to the emotion type, and recommending the same to the user for display (S102). The method can more intelligently determine a current emotion of a user and recommend a corresponding artwork image to the user, has a high level of intelligence, and is more user-friendly.
