The invention relates to the control of harmful organisms that can appear when cultivated plants are grown. The subject matter of the present invention comprises a method, computer system and a computer program product, which make data acquired in field trials available for the calibration and optimisation of prediction models for the infestation of plants with harmful organisms, and therefore permit the development of improved models.
