The present application provides a performance indicator assessment and evaluation method, device and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining, from source data of a staff service according to a specified period, multi-dimensional indicator parameters of a corresponding time interval used for assessing staff performance; obtaining weights corresponding to assessment indicator parameters included in the multi-dimensional indicator parameters from a preset assessment indicator parameter weight table; and obtaining an assessment and evaluation result by calculation according to the multi-dimensional indicator parameters and the weights that correspond one-to-one to the assessment indicator parameters and are obtained according to the assessment indicator parameter weight table. By means of the present application, multi-dimensional indicator parameters used for assessing staff performance can be automatically obtained, and an assessment and evaluation result can be obtained by quick calculation according to the multi-dimensional indicator parameters and weights corresponding to assessment indicator parameters included in the multi-dimensional indicator parameters, so that the calculation efficiency is improved; moreover, the detailed process of calculating the assessment and evaluation result is also available, so that the calculation accuracy is improved.
