A non-invasive detection system for a blood fluorescent substance based on a fluorescent pulse wave. The system comprises: a fluorescent excitation light source (1) capable of exciting a fluorescent substance in a blood capillary to emit light; a long-wave-pass filter (2) filtering out excitation light; a photoelectric sensor (3) detecting an emitted fluorescent signal and generating a fluorescent pulse wave signal; an amplifier (4) amplifying an analog fluorescent pulse wave signal; a low pass filter (5) filtering out an interference signal exceeding a pulse frequency component in the environment; a high pass filter (6) filtering out a constant fluorescent signal, that does not vary with the blood flow, in the tissues or environment; a controller (8) storing a digital pulse wave signal transmitted by an A/D converter (7); and a display screen (9) displaying information about an amplified pulse wave. According to the system, based on a fluorescent pulse wave, the content of a fluorescent substance in a blood vessel is continuously detected in real time, thereby obtaining information such as the concentration of the fluorescent substance in the blood and the situation of metabolism by the body, or monitoring the blood perfusion status of tissues and organs during an organ transplantation process to evaluate an organ survival situation.
