CELL CULTURE SUBSTRATE, IMPEDANCE SENSOR FOR CELL CULTURE, IMPEDANCE SENSOR ARRAY FOR CELL CULTURE AND CELL STATE IDENTIFYING METHOD USING SAME, HEAT GENERATOR FOR CELL CULTURE, TEMPERATURE SENSOR FOR CELL CULTURE, AND CELL CULTURE PLATFORM
Provided are a cell culture substrate, an impedance sensor for cell culture, an impedance sensor array for cell culture and a cell state identifying method using same, a heat generator for cell culture, a temperature sensor for cell culture, and a cell culture platform. The cell culture substrate comprises a graphene oxide-coated polymer substrate. The cell culture substrate is easy to deposit and thus suitable for mass cell culture, and can allow the cells to retain high viability even when deposited in multiple layers. The graphene oxide applied to the cell culture substrate enhances the adhesion of cells and thus can avoid the use of a cell adhesion aid. The impedance sensor for cell culture, serving as an impedance sensor for cell culture that is disposed on a cell culture substrate for culturing cells and which is to monitor culture states of cells, comprises a first electrode arranged on the cell culture substrate and a second electrode arranged adjacent to the first electrode. The impedance sensor array for cell culture, serving as an impedance sensor array for cell culture that is disposed on a cell culture substrate for culturing cells and which is to monitor culture states of cells, comprises a plurality of impedance sensors arranged on the cell culture substrate. The heat generator for cell culture comprises a heater mounted on a cell culture substrate for culturing cells and providing thermal stimuli for the cells. The heater is electrically connected to a wireless communication system arranged adjacent to the cell culture substrate and the wireless communication system and can communicate in a wireless manner with an external device for controlling the heater. The temperature sensor for cell culture comprises a metal pattern arranged on a cell culture substrate for culturing cells and measures the temperature of the cell culture substrate with the variation of resistance in the metal pattern. The temperature sensor is electrically connected to a wireless communication system arranged adjacent to the cell culture substrate and the wireless communication system can communicate in a wireless manner with an external device for controlling the temperature sensor. The cell culture platform comprises a cell culture substrate for culturing cells, an impedance sensor arranged on the cell culture substrate and monitoring culture states of the cells, and a heater arranged on the cell culture substrate and providing thermal stimuli for the cells.
