An Internet teaching platform-based accompanying teaching method and system. A recording and broadcasting system of an Internet teaching platform is used to record class teaching of a model teacher, and perform standardized segmentation processing on the data of the recorded class teaching, so as to form a recorded course for model teaching; and after an accompanying teacher has learnt the recorded course for model teaching, the teacher imitates the model teacher to carry out local class teaching which is also recorded by the recording and broadcasting system. By performing processing such as relationship construction, calculation, analysis and comparison on the various acquired data, the method is able, with respect to accompanying teacher, to provide recording and guidance of the teaching process before, during and after said teaching process, helping the accompanying teacher to effectively complete the local class teaching.
