Provided is a method for configuring a oneM2M-based data control API. In a data control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, a control device connects to a server and sets an API for data control, calls the set API, and receives, from the server and as a response to the call, a control result according to the settings of the API. Thus, in order to carry out data control, it is no longer necessary to perform an inquiry by accessing an individual address for each item of resource data of a server, thereby the communication load on the server side is reduced, and overall service quality can be improved.
