Provided in the present application is a negative feedback amplification circuit, relating to the technical field of circuits. The negative feedback amplification circuit comprises an operational amplifier, comprising a reverse input end and an output end; a sampling branch, one end of the sampling branch being used for receiving an input voltage, and a second end of the sampling branch being connected to the reverse input end of the operational amplifier; a feedback branch, one end of the feedback branch being connected to the output end of the operational amplifier, and a second end of the feedback branch being connected to the reverse input end of the operational amplifier; a voltage amplifier, an input end thereof being connected to the reverse input end of the operational amplifier; and a regulating branch, the output end of the voltage amplifier being connected to a second end of a sampling circuit by means of the regulating branch. The embodiments of the present application can achieve higher gain and larger bandwidth whilst consuming less power.
