The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing an anticancer drug-supported nanostructure for treatment of liver cancer and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of liver cancer, the pharmaceutical composition containing, as an active ingredient, a nanostructure in which an anticancer drug is supported on a polymer (pPBA) formed from a combination of phenyl boronic acid with a maleic acid anhydride polymer. The nanostructure of the present invention has an excellent tumor proliferation inhibitory effect in cancer, especially, liver cancer, has an excellent drug delivery effect to a tumor site, can function as a tumor indicator by specifically binding to cancer cells, and is stably metabolized in the living body, and thus the nanostructure is expected to be widely used in a medical field.
