Disclosed are a porous carbon composite material, a super capacitor, and a method for preparing a super capacitor. The porous carbon composite material is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of graphene oxide, 10-50 parts of sulfonated bitumen, and 20-100 parts of potassium hydroxide. Graphene oxide is a product resulting from the chemical oxidation and stripping of graphite powder, contains abundant oxygen-containing functional groups, and is easy to modify. In addition, the sulfonated bitumen has a high carbon content and a high hydrophilicity, and can be easily activated and etched by an alkali to prepare a bitumen-based porous carbon material with a high specific surface area and a high density. The processing and preparation method therefor involves simply drying and heating the composite to form a porous carbon composite material, with the porous carbon composite material having a high density and a large specific surface area. A super capacitor thus prepared has a high specific volume and a large power.
