A peep-proof film, a peep-proof display screen, and a device for preparing a peep-proof film. The peep-proof film comprises an optical conversion film (1) and a shutter film (2) provided above and connected to the optical conversion film (1). The shutter film (2) comprises a shutter structure, the shutter structure comprising light shielding parts (23) and light exit parts (24) which are arranged alternately. The optical conversion film (1) comprises a first transparent conductive layer (11), a second transparent conductive layer (12), and a photoelectric switch layer (13) provided between and connected to the first transparent conductive layer (11) and the second transparent conductive layer (12), the photoelectric switch layer (13) be capable of converting between a transparent state and a scattering state. The present peep-proof film can quickly switch between a peep-proof mode and a non-peep-proof mode, thereby facilitating using an electronic device in different scenes by a user.
