Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of robots. Provided are a conflict management method and system for multiple mobile robots. The conflict management method for multiple mobile robots comprises: acquiring respective current locations and planned routes of multiple mobile robots; dividing the planned routes into path segments corresponding to robot moving states, where the robot moving states comprise an acceleration state, a deceleration state, and/or a constant speed state; determining the state transit times that the robots need to spend to pass through one node area under the robot moving states; building a node resource table on the basis of the current locations of the multiple mobile robots, of the state transit times, and of the path segments; and controlling respectively the multiple mobile robots to occupy node areas of corresponding node area IDs according to occupation times corresponding to respective mobile robot IDs in the node resource table. As such, high precision is ensured for the node resource table built, and the problem of the multiple mobile robots conflicting with each other when executing routes is solved.
