[Problem] To provide a powder material for a powder bed fusion sculptured object and a formation method for such object, where electrostatic generated in a powder material is suppressed to prevent failures in the production of a sculptured object. [Solution] A powder material 1 for a powder bed fusion sculptured object comprises: a resin powder 2 for sculpturing, which acquires an electrostatic propensity of a first polarity due to friction; and a charged powder 3 which is pre-charged with a second polarity which is opposite the first polarity.
