METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL MUDSTONE EMPLOYING IN-SITU SOIL MODIFICATION

Provided is a method for manufacturing artificial mudstone employing in-situ soil modification. The method comprises: first subjecting in-situ soil to an modification process to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil; then using a high-power large-torque large-diameter multi-channel stirring machine to add a cement-based curing material to the improved soil; and finally applying a strong force to extrude and expand a composite cement-soil body to produce high-strength artificial mudstone. The use of in-situ soil modification produces artificial mudstone with exceptional properties capable of effectively replacing existing foundations.
