Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention is a method for generating a link for an application page, comprising: acquiring text information on a page being viewed, performing matching on the basis of the text information and a database to determine an associated application identifier, and transmitting the application identifier to a configuration server to receive a returned configuration file and an associated application icon; caching the configuration file, and displaying the application icon; and upon detection of a trigger operation with respect to the application icon, acquiring the configuration file to generate a native application page, and displaying the same. The invention improves efficiency of opening application pages.
