A telescopic arm of a pan-tilt and a pan-tilt for an image acquisition device. The first abutting wall of a first connecting arm and the second abutting wall of a second connecting arm can be stacked; locking and releasing can be implemented by means of a threaded part and a pressure block; moreover, a first guide part and a second guide part have convex and concave structures, so that quick self-positioning can be implemented, the first connecting arm and the second connecting arm can be guided to move in a preset direction, and the convex and concave structure can provide more abutting surfaces which are disposed in different directions for the first abutting wall and the second abutting wall, so as to increase the contact surface between the first abutting wall and the second abutting wall in a locking state, thereby improving the locking effect of the first connecting arm and the second connecting arm.
