Provided are a rental management device for a work machine, a rental management method for the work machine, and a rental program for the work machine, with which it is possible to appropriately determine the rental cost for the work machine. A control unit 11 for the rental management device 1: acquires from a ROM 12 the total working time and maintenance record for a rental period of a work machine 2, the cumulative working time of the work machine 2 at the start of the rental period, and maintenance management information including the content of maintenance required for the work machine 2 and the cost for the maintenance; assesses the maintenance cost for the maintenance required for the work machine 2 during the rental period on the basis of the total working time, the cumulative working time, and the maintenance management information; and determines the rental cost during the rental period for the work machine 2 on the basis of the assessed maintenance costs, the total working time, and the maintenance record.
