Disclosed is a means that can be carried out in clinical scene of cancer therapy and is useful for determination of the effectiveness of a cancer therapeutic treatment. The analysis method for a tumor-infiltrating TCR (T-cell receptor) repertoire according to the present invention analyzes a tumor-infiltrating CD4-positive/CD8-positive TCR repertoire by annotation of a TCR repertoire of an unfractionated tumor tissue specimen that has not been subjected to a T-cell separation process, using a CD4-positive /CD8-positive TCR repertoire of a peripheral blood or tumor-draining lymph node specimen as a reference. By the analysis method, even when a primary or metastatic cancer lesion is so small that a sufficient amount of a tissue specimen for conventional TCR repertoire analysis cannot be collected, the TCR repertoire of tumor-infiltrating T cells can be analyzed using a small amount of a tissue specimen to obtain information for determining the effectiveness of a cancer therapeutic treatment.
