An intelligent blackboard and an intelligent classroom-based teaching system, the intelligent blackboard comprising a blackboard body and an intelligent playback and recording integrated machine arranged inside the blackboard body, wherein the intelligent playback and recording integrated machine comprises: an information recording module (200), used for recording teaching information; a key instruction determination module (110), used for determining whether a key teaching control instruction inputted by a user is received or not; a key file acquisition module (130), used for acquiring a key teaching file of key teaching information in the teaching information; and a central control module (120), used for controlling the key file acquisition module (130) and acquiring the key teaching file of the key teaching information in the teaching information by means of the information recording module (200) according to the determination result of the key instruction determination module (110) when the key teaching control instruction inputted by the user is received. With the present invention, classroom information is marked differently, so that the problems of there being too much recorded classroom information and students having difficulty finding the classroom information are solved.
