The invention relates to an SIJ implant for the minimally invasive fusion of the sacroiliac joint (SIJ) comprising: an elongate main body (1), which has a longitudinal channel (3) for guidance on a guide wire; and rotationally effective blocking elements for rotationally fixing the implant in the fusion position of the implant in the sacroiliac joint, wherein the main body (1) has a pin-type shaft (2) provided with a plurality of openings (7), and the blocking elements are formed by radially protruding fins (4), which are arranged on the lateral surface of the main body (1) and which extend substantially in the longitudinal direction (LR) of the main body (1).
