The present invention relates to a streak camera having stable imaging performance and a streak camera system. In the streak camera, a first switch power supply is connected to a photoelectric cathode P/C, a second switch power supply is connected to a grid M, a third switch power supply is connected to a first focusing electrode F₁, a fourth switch power supply is connected to a first anode A₁, a fifth switch power supply is connected to a second focusing electrode F₂, and a second anode A₂ and a fluorescent screen P/S are connected to ground. The first switch power supply, the second switch power supply, the third switch power supply, the fourth switch power supply, and the fifth switch power supply provide voltage independently from one another. By means of implementing the present invention, the existing problem of instability when resistors divide voltage in series is overcome by using five groups of independent switch power supplies to supply power independently. By means of disposing a shielding layer on a power supply box and within an equipotential region of a streak camera, interference from external electromagnetic fields is avoided, and thus test results are more accurate.
